Full service consists of cleaning and netting debris out of  your pool, emptying your skimmer baskets, sweep, and maintaining the chemicals.

Most service companies prefer this type of service because they can charge more, and who doesn't t like to make more money?   Me actually! I would rather be up front and tell you what you may not be told by other service companies, then let you decide on what service is best for you.  The problem with full service is this:  Most pools have trees around them, some your own and others are your neighbors that you'd like to chop down during the winter right? (just kidding).  Well, in all reality, with all the leaves that fall during the fall and winter months, for most pools, once a week service usually won't cut it.  Leaving the homeowner either looking at a mess for a week, or going out  and cleaning and netting the pool themselves.  And if your cleaning your pool yourself, why pay me?  Also pool owners should realize that  if you don't clean a dirty pool, debris can get plugged up in the skimmer baskets which will cause a lack of water to get to the pump and may cause a motor to burn up, and possibly your sweep bags to rip that will cost half your arm and leg to replace.  And to be more honest, no service company can keep your pool clean during the fall and winter months.  We just can't.   There also is just not enough time in the day to spend 1-3 hours at one pool in order to get it 100% clean when we need to service multiple pools daily. Instead we spend 20-40 min on your pool and then rely on the sweep and skimmers to help for the next week.  Then the summer months are a completely different scenario. We arrive at your pool, drop in your chemicals, empty 3 leaves in the skimmer baskets and  the one bug that landed for a drink and didn't make it, and then we are out of there.  You are in the kitchen watching through the window thinking, why am I paying this pool guy so much for a 5 minute service?.  So the question is, if

your  willing and able to help clean your pool, then save yourself some money and go with a chemical only or create your own service.   You can change service anytime.

However, if you travel, or are not able to clean your own pool, once a week full service is better then nothing.  We will efficiently complete, to the best of our ability, any service you prefer.

Repairs and filter cleans: We can take care of those as well.

Chemicals: Please see left or right side under chemical only service for what chemicals we use and the different chemicals other companies use.

Ok this is kind of like burger king, where you can have it your way.  With the create your own service, you not only get the chemicals , but you can choose anything else you want to go along with it.

For example, you don't to want to pay for full service, but you have back issues when you bend down.  So you want us to empty the skimmer baskets, and sweep.  No problem.  This is what we call Triple S Service.  We empty the Sweep, Skimmer, & Strainer basket (pump basket).

Or you may want us to do the chemicals and brush the steps.  We can do that as well.

Anything you, want we will try and accommodate.   On top of these services, below I describe what chemicals we use and what others companies use.

What differs us from some other companies out there is that we use chlorine tablets and granular chlorine ,which is about 68%  chlorine and used to bring low chlorine levels up when needed .  This is a little more expensive, but in my 28 years of experience I  have used all the different types of chlorine and find these twos types to work the best.  Below is a brief description of what some other companies use.

Gas Chlorine : Some companies use gas chlorine which is 100% pure chlorine, very acidic, and is  like swimming in a chlorine bath after treatment.  Using gas chlorine is often the cheapest way to go but can possibly cause damage to equipment, plaster, and your plants.

Liquid Chlorine:  Some companies use only liquid chlorine. Liquid chlorine is often times about 8-12% chlorine depending on when it was made.  One gallon of liquid chlorine typically won't last for a entire week during the summer months  due to the heat and usage.  Often times more then one gallon of liquid chlorine is used to last an entire week.  Again causing you to possibly swim in a chlorine bath.

Repairs and filter cleans: We can take care of those as well.

This is our most popular service. For those of you that enjoy cleaning your own pool, want to save money, have kids that clean the pool as part of their chores, or have trees that cause you to have to clean your pool multiple times a week which makes our full service not work for you, chemical only  service is your best choice.   We treat your pool with the chemicals it needs  and also teach you (if you don't know how) how to clean your own pool and save you money.   Don't worry, going on vacation, or away for a while, we can change service anytime to help you out.
