Competitive Pricing:

I offer the very best competitive pricing on all available products.  If you find a product advertised for less anywhere, I will do my best to match it.  If I cannot, it will be my advice for you to purchase that item at the better price.  (Excluding all sales items or clearances)  If you have any questions about any product on this site, I'm willing to take calls or you can e-mail me with your question.   I'll get back to you ASAP.  Customer service is my specialty and Honesty is my motto.  

Placing an Order:

When placing an order, first search for the product you are looking for or go to the link page to see an overview of what is offered.  Change the Quantity amount if you would like to purchase more that one, and click on the "Add to Order" button provided.  You can continue to shop you clicking on the "New Search" link or your back button on your browser tool bar.  To Check out, click on the link at the bottom of the confirmation page and follow the directions from that point on.

International Guests:

If you are ordering from anywhere outside of the United States, you will need to provide me with extra information to complete your transaction.  I will need you to fax or e-mail me two forms of identification, i.e. drivers license and passport along with a copy of the credit card front and back.

If you are not sure what product will work with your existing system, please let me help you find exactly what you need to get your pool or spa up and running.  With 15 years of experience I can give you valuable information and answer questions about your system.  If you're just starting out and don't know what to buy, I'll be more that happy to help you find what will work best for you.  I've installed and repaired many systems and know which ones have the longest life span with the best warranties.  The Manufacturer is responsible for items covered under any products warranty.

Sales Tax:

If you live outside California, sales tax should not be applied.  If for some reason it is, please let me know so that I can be sure to credit you for that amount.   Of course that means sales tax does apply to those who live in California.  

Shipping:

Shipping costs are determined by the delivery company and are subject to change as they see fit.  I use UPS to ship most items and Common Carrier to deliver items such as heaters which are larger and heavier.  Therefore, shipping costs may fluctuate due to price changes on their part or the size of the item itself.  I do not pad my shipping costs and will pass to you, the consumer, the benefit of a lower cost if it applies.  The larger items generally arrive within 5-7 days after orders have been processed.  This time does not include the order placement date and the time it takes to process the order before it is shipped.     

Return Policy:

I have a 15-day money back guarantee if:

  • Used items that are not in the original package or are damaged due to usage are not refundable.
  • All returned items will carry a 15% restocking fee unless it is my error.
  • The 15 days begin once you have received the item.  Be sure you have proof of the delivery date.
  • If the item is broken when you receive it.

If the item you receive works at first and then stops working, please call me and I will put you in touch with the manufacturer so they can get a service representative to take care of the challenge under warranty.

Electrical items cannot be returned, but they do carry a manufactures warranty.  

I will refund any shipping costs incurred if it is my error.  

Payment Methods:

I except most major credit cards including American Express, Discover Card, Visa, and Mastercard.

I am willing to take PERSONAL, BUSINESS, or CASHIER CHECKS, or MONEY ORDERS under one condition:

  • I've received payment and it clears the bank before I place the order.  This is due to the over abundance of fraudulent check writing. 

You may place such an order by finding the items you would like to order, copy the ID numbers and descriptions, then use the form provided and send your check or money order to the following address.
